Eva enjoys teaching hatha flow, always including breath awareness and relaxation, offering a practice that is inclusive for all levels and for every body, aiming to tap into our inner self-healing capacity and the ability to make all things new. She seeks to guide her students to a practice of honest self-expression and exploration of the elusive depth within each posture.
