Sarah has helped me cut through months of procrastinating to get my website up and running. She’s helped me to streamline the way I deal with class bookings, and has made it easy for me to upload & change content as I go along. She has a lovely cool and calm manner, and makes the more daunting aspects of web admin seem manageable. Brightfeather Studio, headed up by the amazing Sarah Jeffs has been a simple and enjoyable experience. Sarah built an efficient, contemporary website in super quick time. Sarah’s knowledge and ability to change up ideas moving with the current times was fantastic. I have taken my business completely on line, moving from pen and paper (quite literally) almost overnight. If Sarah can do this for me, she can build a great site for anyone! As a self-confessed control freak, I'll admit that I was a bit apprehensive upon starting this project as it was the first time I'd ever delegated anything in the running on my little business. Sarah is sweet natured, unflappable and as my husband wisely pointed out after overhearing us on a call - has a incredibly calm and reassuring voice, thus it didn't take long for any resistance I had to dissipate and the whole experience ended up being a joy from start to finish.

I was particularly happy with the time spent on ensuring that I'd be able to manage things after the project ended. Square Space is indeed user friendly - but only once you know how, so I found the one-on-one time that we spent getting the core operational stuff down extremely valuable. Sarah is also very intuitive with regards to design and I found that I was able to communicate what I needed really easily.
